What Keyzer Catering Does... Keyzer Catering proudly caters events throughout North Carolina.  We cater steaks, seafood, pig pickin's, BBQ, chicken, oyster roast and seafood feast.  Keyzer Catering cooks, grills and steams all meat entrees on site in our mobile kitchen.

Low Country Boil

The low country boil is a 4 step process, cooked on site in our large pots. Step 1 is the potatoes and onions, spices and butter, step 2 is the corn on the cob, step 3 is the smoked beef sausage and kielbasa, step 4 is the shrimp (peeled or not).  We pour the boil into a huge serving bowl, and scoop for the guests. We can serve the boil in chafing dishes on the buffet also.
