What Keyzer Catering Does... Keyzer Catering proudly caters events throughout North Carolina.  We cater steaks, seafood, pig pickin's, BBQ, chicken, oyster roast and seafood feast.  Keyzer Catering cooks, grills and steams all meat entrees on site in our mobile kitchen.

Oyster Roast

Oyster Roasts are available during the months with an “r”.  During other months, we offer a substitute of Snow Crabs and North Carolina Blue Crabs.
Oyster Roast and Seafood Feast
  • Steamed Oysters spiced to a Hyde County Recipe, steamed to a firm condition
  • Steamed Shrimp, 16 count (about 4 inches laid flat)
  • Fried Shrimp, 30 count (the size of a 50 cent piece) marinated in a Hyde County Recipe
  • Fried Flounder Filets, cut into strips
  • Sautee’ Scallop marinated in secret spices and butter

Land Lover Station

  • Fried Chicken Breast – hand tossed and fried on site

Hoop Cheese Station
  • Warm Hoop Cheese directly from Wisconsin.  You whack off a generous portion and eat until your hearts content.
