What Keyzer Catering Does... Keyzer Catering proudly caters events throughout North Carolina.  We cater steaks, seafood, pig pickin's, BBQ, chicken, oyster roast and seafood feast.  Keyzer Catering cooks, grills and steams all meat entrees on site in our mobile kitchen.


Rib-eye Steak Event
  • Rib-eye Steak – marinated and conditioned with different seasonings. Charcoaled on site. A cultural event in itself!!!
  • Fried Shrimp
  • 5 Part Salad Bar with a variety of dressings
  • Keyzer Baked Potato – rolled in olive oil and herbs and specially charcoal cooked over charcoal.  This flavor only happens on real charcoal.
  • Green Beans – Our own Dutch style, wonderfully seasoned with Old World herbs.
  • Yeast Rolls
  • Dessert – Homemade cake or ice cream
